Hash Trash for Run No. 1307, the Kasab Hash Weekend, 29 & 30 July 2005

The Kassab Hash was a marvel of competent hash mismanagement with practically everything running according to plan, including the departure of the bus, room allocation, transport to the beach on the border (pity we couldn't use the nice sandy part of the beach which was over the international border), and the meal, music and cake were much appreciated by all.

The hash route itself was excellent and in particular the very long uphill run in was highly appreciated by the dedicated marathon road runners amongst the hashers. Unfortunately Arthur, the usual FRB, was beaten at the finish by the sons of 2 fishes, despite traveling part of the hash by tractor.

Down downs were given for the hares, a few virgins and returnees and some trumped up crimes (complaining- who heard me complain?). Peter and Zila were dubbed hash tourists for taking a detour through the Saudi quarter with a camera round their necks on the way back.

Possible highlight: the fish restaurant selected for lunch on the way back really was in an excellent setting and the fish was great.

On on, your humble correspondent, 2 fishes.
