It is just about 10 minutes before having to leave for the run and here I am trying to put together another hash trash. It is absolutely incredible that anyone would want to read another piece of shit entertaining bit of nonsense that a mathematical mind would want try to put to a piece of paper; well here goes, a bit more dribble.
Run 1369 was to meet at the standard Al Jaala hotel and a couple of hashers were already having a problem: coming too early. What can I say about this. I heard that some men have this type of problem and Bob came early and was a little upset about this.... Over the years, men have learned that timing is important and we wish bob the best on improving his timing so that everyone is happy about the situation.
Right, where were we??? Sorry about the dribble, but had a bit of a party last night and the alcohol is just starting to wear off..... right, still at the hotel. A small group of motley looking folks hashers were rearing to get started and started we did to just about Iraq. This newbee was getting worried about not having his passport as he thought the outstation [OD - Outside Damascus] hash was next week. Having no clue where we were, it is impossible to give an accurate description not that it matters in a hash trash of where we were, but we did go up and up and up and right, sorry, got a bit distracted. Did I say we went up in altitude a bit? It ended up being is some place that had a monastery which might be healthy for us hashers needing peace and tranquility or drying out. We ended up in a very nice field with lots of thorny plants fruit trees which the runners went through.
The hare was Paul who set a lovely run which all of us 5 runners were able to enjoy. Cunning Stunt was able to find the bit of shreddy blue flour which set us off on a chase.... we went for quite a bit until the first hold check. We were tired and sweaty (disgusting) ready to see where the rest of the trail went. Yours truly was shocked to see that after 25 minutes running, we were about only 150 metres from where we started; we could smell the beer. However, the cunning bastard hare had other plans. Now, it is the job of a hare to set a trail with checks and the hash is not a race. To come in first is a race and this is not what hashing is about, so to have a hasher say "come back" saying it is a false trail is just a good hasher wrong. What can we say, this young (yea, right) man was given a free Barada shit amber liquid to cool him down.
Circle: How short can a circle be? Temp GM Bob worked on a new record as only virgins were called into the circle. We had one new virgin, Bruce (like Willis or Lee), that came for the first time. Who made him come today? And why did it take him more than a year for this teacher to come? He had no trouble about coming early did he? Enough dribble for this week.
